Attendee Limits

Why do I sometimes limit the number of attendees?

Oftentimes, the size of trailhead parking lots are limited. Inviting 25 hikers when the parking lot can only hold ten vehicles makes no sense.
Park restrictions. Many locations have a limit on group sizes.
Campsite sizes. As with parking, many camping locations cannot accommodate large groups.
Too many attendees can take away the organizer's enjoyment of the event. The organizer would also like to enjoy the event and spending time repeatedly checking on everyone significantly dampers their enjoyment.
